New home

Through fates working, I'm being the given the way to own my first home. It's an older, fixer upper, and we close on it on Thursday.

I am SO excited and have such plans for it!


The first task will be to get it cleaned up though as the previous owner was in the process of remodeling it. Once we're done there, I'm gonna add some curb appeal as it's the least expensive thing on my newly formed "To-Do" list.


I've also been thinking of what theme I'd like it to have and I'm thinking mid-century modern-ish. I think I and HGTV are going to get close over the next few months. :P


I don't have a digital camera, so I can't post any photos of it. Maybe I can get one next year.


For now have some fireworks! :D
