What am I doing?

This is my very first blog post. 


I'm not sure why I am doing this blogging thing but I figured I should at least try it once, you know?

I guess I should post something about myself now. 


I am in my late 30s and very happily single. I like to read, garden, and listen to classical music. 


I just recently joined goodreads.com and have already found lots of books I wish I had the money to buy! 


I'm hoping to learn more about "classic" literature as there seems to be so much out there worth reading. Unfortunately, I don't really have an idea where to start. Which is how I found goodreads since I was doing a google search about learning on literature and it came up.

Now most of these blog posts I've seen has pictures in them. So here is one I found on a free photo website. I hope you like it! *and that I'm doing this correctly*
